The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Manhattan, close to major attractions like 5th Avenue, Broadway, and Times Square. The rooms, though a bit cramped, offer good soundproofing despite HVAC issues, making the atmosphere a bit stuffy at times.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but the beds were extremely comfortable with new fresh linens and plush towels, perfect for two people. However, our room window was right above x3 noisy air conditioning units from the building next door, which made it challenging to sleep at night. The lack of a tea or coffee maker in the room was a bit disappointing.

The dining options are very limited with only two basic choices that may leave you wanting more. Overall, happy to stay at the Gershwin again!
